Change can start with something simple.
Clean Miami Beach brings people together to protect one of the most important parts of our community. Volunteers come from many backgrounds, including students, families and local organizations. During beach cleanups, participants collect plastic bottles, food wrappers and other waste that can harm marine life and pollute the ocean.
This effort is about more than cleaning for a few hours. It helps people understand how everyday actions, such as using single-use plastics, can have a lasting impact on the environment. Many volunteers leave with new perspectives and feel motivated to make better choices.
The impact goes far beyond the shoreline. Each cleanup helps protect wildlife, improve the beauty of the beach and inspire others to become involved.
